Smith & Blake is proud to offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty on our products, providing you with peace of mind and assurance of our commitment to quality. This warranty covers any issues that arise due to faulty manufacturing, such as stitching that unravels, zipper failures, or other manufacturing defects.

However, it is important to note that certain circumstances are not covered by our warranty.

Normal wear and tear is a natural occurrence with any product, and our bags are designed to withstand regular use. This includes minor scratches, scuffs, tears, worn edges or corners, natural fading, spots, stretching, damage to finishes or seams from friction, gashes, dents, edge paint peelings, or discoloration resulting from everyday use.

Ripping caused by excessive weight placed in or on the bag, stains due to improper cleaning, peeling or chipping of the  leatherette material, accidental damage such as tears, punctures, drops or stains from water spills or mishaps, improper use or care, modifications or alterations to the bag, theft or loss of the bags, repairs or modifications made by third-party services, non-transferability of the warranty to subsequent owners, and exclusion of any other products or accessories that may be included as free giveaways, are also not covered by our warranty.

If you believe your bag has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately for further assistance. To initiate the validation of your warranty, please email customercare@smithandblake.com or use the chat button on our website to WhatsApp us. Provide your name, contact number, address, nature of the defect, and attach a copy of the invoice and images of the defective product. Our warranty team will process and validate your request, investigate the cause of the defect, and determine the appropriate solution, which may involve repair or replacement. Please note that replacement products may be manufactured in a different batch, resulting in slight color differences. The company's decision regarding the defects and applicability of the warranty shall be final.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty validation, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product to our office. Please use a trackable courier to ensure the safe delivery of the package, as Smith & Blake is not responsible for missing packages.

It is important to acknowledge that, except for the express warranties outlined in this policy, Smith & Blake does not provide any other warranties, whether written or oral, express or implied, under this agreement. Furthermore, Smith & Blake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, including property damage, loss of value, or damage to personal electronic devices connected to our products. Our liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the product.
