Please keep a note of the following:

  1. Do not use the products.
  2. Take proper snapshots of the products.
  3. Keep the invoice copy with you.


Smith & Blake products carry a one year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, if our products are defective in material or workmanship, we will repair the product free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Natural wear and tear from daily use, worn edges or corners, natural fading, stains, spots, spills, stretching from wear/use, damage to finishes or seams from friction/rubbing, improper conditioning and cleaning, misuse/ accidental damage such as rips or scratches, gashes, harsh chemicals or cleaners, unauthorized repair or loss of components/accessories.
  2. All warranty repair request must be processed and validated by our warranty team. The decision of the company as to the nature of the defects & applicability of this warranty shall be final and abiding to the customer.
  3. Proof of purchase is required for warranty validation.
