Returns in case you are not satisfied:

We are confident that our products will exceed your expectations, but if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return the product within 7 days. Raise your request via email customercare@smithandblake.com or whatsapp on chat button of our website. 

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we authorize a return,  our courier partners will initiate a pickup. Please note you would need to pack the product and stick the address/return label before handing the product to our courier partner. In case our courier partner does not have a return pickup service in your pin code, then we would inform you and you would need to arrange for a return for the items yourself.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund subject to quality check of the goods.

If you return is approved, then your refund ( less return pickup shipping charges and less shipping charges incurred by us when the goods were originally shipped to you ) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 business days.
